My Profile FAQs

Most frequent questions and answers about your profile.

You will enter your email address and password by clicking on the log in button in the top-right corner of the home page. “Profile” will appear once you are logged in.

Your package will not show within your profile. Please know that if you received a confirmation email we have accounted for your purchase. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please text or call Becca at 917-994-0765. 

Please ensure that you are entering the correct email and password. If your password is invalid please click “Forgot Password”.
